Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day money back guarantee for all purchases made in-store or on www.heidilaneesthetics.com. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return your items for a refund via your original payment method.

Contact us at info@heidilaneesthetics.com to begin your return process.

Once we receive your return, we will process a full refund via your original payment method. Please allow 2-3 business days for processing.

You can also return or exchange any product(s) that were purchased at www.heidilaneesthetics.com in-store at one of our spa locations.

After the 30-day period, you will no longer be eligible for a refund. We encourage our customers to try the product(s) in the first 2 weeks after your purchase arrives to ensure you are satisfied.

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for products that are more than half used/empty.

Do not refuse the package if it was damaged during transit. We ask that you open the box to check if the product(s) is damaged as well. If the products(s) is damaged, please take pictures of the product(s) and the packaging and email us at info@heidilaneesthetics.com. A replacement order will be sent once it is approved by our customer service team.
