Apply to eyelids using a brush or fingers. Begin at the center of the lid and blend outward. Fast-drying so blend swiftly.
- *Rose-Marie Tip: “These Eyelights also work beautifully as an eyeliner. I use a smaller, tapered brush for precise application. Add a dot of the product to the back of your hand and pick up a little bit of the shadow with the brush. Then gently glide it along the upper lash line to line the eyelids. For a more dramatic eye, you can also apply Eyelights under the lower lashes as well.”
