We do not use water in this product, so we highly suggest dampening either the RMS Skin2Skin Beauty Sponge or Skin2Skin Foundation Brush for superior application. Use spatula to scoop a pea-sized amount of product onto back of hand, pickup with sponge or brush and blend into the skin.
